This service contract is offered by a large majority of the Mobalpa stores (in France, Belgium and Switzerland, with some variations between the countries) and it provides you with the benefit of a solid contractual commitment on product quality and services.
It is your guarantee that the commitments will be respected: some just talk about it, but Mobalpa commits in writing.

1. A CLEAR AND COMPREHENSIVE OFFERING
Our estimates are provided with itemized pricing: unit by unit, appliances, sanitary fittings, and installation. We offer a tailored financing service in accordance with your requirements.
2. WELL TRAINED AND COMPETENT PROFESSIONALS
Since Mobalpa’s designer salesmen are regularly trained in design, interior decoration and the harmonization of shapes, colours and materials, we commit ourselves, prior to retaining a final concept, to consider all of the possible designs with the assistance of a draft design paper in order to satisfy your preferences and expectations.
3. A GUARANTEE FOR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
The products are guaranteed in accordance with the following terms:
• 25 years parts and 2 years labour for hinges and drawer runners,
• 5 years for units (besides hinges and runners), parts, labour and travel,
• 2 years for built-in appliances, parts, labour and travel,
• From 2 to 5 years parts for products listed in the Mobalpa Selection catalog.
These guarantees are subject to the notified conditions of the actual guarantee delivered with the products, and become effective from the date of billing. They incorporate in particular the terms relating to the legal guarantee of latent defects and the legal guarantee of conformity.
These terms exclude consumable products.

The Mobalpa factories are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified. They demonstrate their alliance to a permanent product quality improvement process in accordance with environmental requirements.

6. THE OPTION OF RECONSIDERING ONE’S CHOICES
Up and until the moment when Mobalpa takes the measurements of your site, you can reconsider your choices of façade colour, worktops and handles. We offer a critical level of flexibility while your fantasies become a reality…
7. GUARANTEED DEADLINES
Upon signature of your order, we guarantee the delivery deadlines (or availability at our storage facility) of your furniture, appliances and various components (sink, plumbing fixtures, sanitary fixtures). Should we fail to respect these deadlines, we will offer 10% of the value of the articles that are late by more than a week.
8. A GUARANTEE ON YOUR DEPOSIT
Mobalpa guarantees that your order and services will be honoured even in the case whereby your dealer’s operations are discontinued. Your advance payment (25% of your order) is always secure.
9. THE REIMBURSEMENT OF THE DIFFERENCE
For an identical appliance of the same brand and reference, on sale with a lower price, we will reimburse the difference. Viable upon presentation of evidence, within 20 km of the store and 8 days following your purchase, with equivalent service conditions and by means of a dealership network.
10. TOTAL MONITORING OF YOUR PROJECT
We systematically take measurements on site, provide a technical plan, organize and control the installations that are entrusted to us.
11. A PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION
The installation is always implemented by qualified installers selected in accordance with predetermined qualifications. The worksite acceptance procedure is controlled and certified by means of a certificate (except for sales without installation). Full consulting with regard to the operation of your appliances is provided. You only pay the remaining balance once the installation has been completed.
12. PERMANENT ATTENTION, YOUR SATISFACTION APPRAISED
We are committed to meeting your eventual requests within 72 working hours and to fulfilling them to your satisfaction. The Mobalpa brand is concerned with your satisfaction and is committed to controlling the results of your purchase through a formal survey.
