The Kiffa Model - Fabrik Trend: an open kitchen with a bar

Modern and welcoming

Concrete plans
With the Kiffa Model - Fabrik Trend, the emphasis is on industrial style. Thanks to a balance of matt black and concrete grey, this open-plan loft kitchen fully exploits the aesthetic codes of this type of decor. Raw materials are showcased to create a sleek, understated design that is perfectly suited to this elegant space. The Kiffa Model - Fabrik Trend is full of character, with its XXL dimensions and dark colours, yet it remains welcoming thanks in particular to its exceptional bar area, where the whole family can gather in the centre of the room.

The Kiffa Model - Fabrik Trend is an open kitchen with a bar, perfect for all kinds of get-togethers. With its central island in the middle of the main room of the house, it is perfectly in keeping with the loft spirit that reigns in this apartment. Entirely grey and black, it adopts the colours of the industrial style that always works so well in these unpartitioned spaces. The central island is a real hub of activity, accommodating both the cooking and washing areas. Split into two, the section visible from the dining room and living room accommodates a large bar area delineated by a black worktop and three high stools. The units of the Kiffa Model - Fabrik Trend combine two types of fronts: matt black melamine and structured grey cement. Free of handles, these units are easy to open thanks to integrated profiles from the Zen line. A block of tall units is fitted against the wall, combining storage areas and recessed appliances.

A grey and black kitchen
Black is a go-to colour for industrial decor. In kitchens, it can be employed alongside raw materials such as wood, metal or concrete. It was this last option that was chosen for the Kiffa Model - Fabrik Trend. This combination of grey and black is perfect for the modern, generously proportioned house shown here. Black provides an elegant finish, highlighted by soft grey. While concrete may appear cold when used alone, it is transformed when accompanied, as proven by the Kiffa Model - Fabrik Trend.

A distinctive style

All the units echo each other with the same shades of grey and black, bringing overall coherence. Thanks to the handleless profiles and subtly integrated LED lighting, all elements enjoy a similar appearance despite their different fit-out systems. The block of tall units offers a significant volume of storage space, providing easier organisation thanks to opening systems such as pull-out units. You will also appreciate the position of the household appliances, including the high oven, which is much more pleasant to use. The made-to-measure sideboard acts as an item of transitional furniture. Adopting the lines and colours of the kitchen, it takes up the baton so that the room retains a sense of visual unity. Emphasising its role as a decorative unit, its upper section features a wall panel which can be customised with an array of decorative objects and everyday accessories.

Get together around the bar area

As the centrepiece of this kitchen, which opens onto the living room and dining room, the central island plays several roles. Incorporating the hob and sink, it provides a very pleasant work space. With their back to the window, the person preparing meals can enjoy lots of light without feeling left out. Nearby, the wide, slightly raised worktop offers a nice surface for the dining area. Thanks to this layout, the number of guests around the island can be increased without hampering circulation. The bar becomes a space in its own right, creating visual continuity and a link between the dining room and kitchen.
